Rosette Nebula in narrowband

Rosette Nebula in narrowband

My first full SHO project. The Rosette is huge — almost three full moons across — and in narrowband those ionized gas clouds just pop. The open cluster at the center (NGC 2244) is what’s blasting the gas outward with its UV radiation.
